An attempt at a digital image for Week 3. I was inspired by Week 2′s Twitter Chat’s question:
Q2: Is the future teacher a computer or a human?
Exploring rich media and social networking to create more innovative learning experiences…. 2 parts knowledge and inquiry, 2 parts plan, 2 parts sub and pop culture, 3 parts fun (including what the suits call execution).

Great, loved this! Exactly my feelings!
There is, of course, another take on this. “Any teacher who can be replaced by a computer, should be.”

So the teacher who can’t contribute the characteristics you list, might just be replaceable.
Like the image, but it is scary. Even though I believe that teachers can not be replaced by computers such a comparison is mind blowing!
As we have read in week 3, I think after all humanistic nature and authenticity will not be easily replaced by computers…at least for a long time!

You are right, computers are very useful but they cannot and should not completely replace teachers.
